What You’ll Do
- Grow memberships and hit sales targets (and celebrate smashing them).
- Lead, coach, and inspire your team — from PTs to instructors.
- Deliver **5-star customer experiences** that keep members loyal.
- Be the face of Live Well in the community and at activations.
- Keep the club looking and running at premium standards.
- Drive marketing, social media, and local promotions with energy and creativity.

What You Bring
- 2+ years management experience in fitness, retail, or hospitality.
- A proven track record in sales & customer service.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Passion for health, wellness, and helping people level up their lives.
- Weekend availability and flexibility to work across locations when needed.
