**The Opportunity**:
This role is for a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) with extensive experience in implementing and supervising programs based on the science of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA). The role is for an individual with experience in staff training, VBMAPP assessments, behaviour support and a wide-ranging Applied Behaviour Analysis skill repertoire.

Conduct assessments for two types of intake; early intensive behavioural intervention (VBMAPP assessment to ascertain gaps in development), and challenging behaviour consults (functional behaviour assessments).

Conduct skills assessments when needed. Considering clients skills requirements for home, school and other environments.

Develop, implement, and monitor individualised programs for individuals diagnosed with ASD and related disorders.

Plan for treatment by monitoring client progress, analysing data/graphs, modifying teaching procedures/treatment goals, and designing instructional stimuli.

Provide supervision and training to behaviour technicians. Present topics and trainings to therapists monthly at Professional Development meetings.

Train family members, teachers and other support workers on implementing ABA procedures.

Working with other Health Professionals, including but not limited to Speech Pathologists and Occupational Therapists, in overall case management of clients.

Maintain documentation, provide periodic reports on client progress, and update programs when necessary.

To provide training and feedback to the direct therapy staff (RBTs) using Organisational Behaviour Management methods currently in place.

To have your own caseload of 15-18 clients each.

Provide BCBA supervision to our interns accruing experience hours.

What do you need to join?

BCBA Qualification.

Extensive Applied Behaviour Analysis experience.

Experience supervising staff.

Extensive experience working with children with autism spectrum disorders.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Compliance - Working with Children Check, National Police Check, NDIS workers screening check, Covid-19 Vaccination Certificate, First Aid Training, Driver’s License & Vehicle.
