We’re currently seeking a detail-oriented **Quality Control Officer**to ensure our products meet the highest standards.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Monitor and inspect production processes to ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards
- Conduct routine checks on raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods
- Perform sensory, visual, weight, and temperature checks at designated points
- Maintain accurate QC documentation and records
- Communicate any quality or safety concerns to production and management teams
- Assist in audits and implementation of corrective actions
- Help ensure compliance with HACCP, GMPs, and relevant regulatory standards

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Experience in food manufacturing or QC is preferred (especially in bakery or pizza production)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
- Familiarity with HACCP, GMP, and food safety principles
- Good communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours or shifts as needed. Typical hours are 6am - 2pm.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
