We are looking for a visionary Patch Leader (Coordinator) to lead our OSHC Program in Warrandyte.

Our program in Warrandyte is part of a community minded school. We are looking for an Educator who will make every effort to get to know all children and embed themselves into the school community.

The Patch Leader will be employed on a Part-time basis, with a minimum of 20 hours per week.

**About Safeguarding Children**:
The Patch Leader (Coordinator) is one of significant importance to Our Patch with a commitment to safeguarding children. They are also responsible for the day-to-day delivery of the After School Care Program to ensure practises are embedded to operate in line with our GROW Values and brand promises.

The Patch Leader demonstrates passion and drive, to ensure the voice of every child is recognised, provide quality offerings, and build relationships with children, families, schools, and communities.
- Guide children’s learning and development
- Mentor Educators with curriculum direction
- Maintain enrolment and medical compliance
- Integrate with the school community
- Engage with families, and school community and uphold the values of Our Patch
- Be the Responsible Person as recognised within the Education and Care Law and Regulations
- Manage the governance and leadership of Our Patch offerings

**You will need**:

- Diploma in Children's Services or equivalent (or working towards/willing to enrol)
- Employee Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain)
- Current National Police Check (or willing to obtain)
- First Aid, Anaphylaxis, Asthma and CPR Certificates (or willing to obtain)
- Available to work: Monday - Friday: 3.00pm to 6:00pm
