**The Opportunity**

Our Oceania Patient Services team is growing, and we are seeking a Patient Services Manager to join

You will focus on supporting patient outcomes through innovative patient support programs (PSP), launch excellence and advocacy initiatives.

You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop patient support strategies and will be responsible for implementing, managing and monitoring programs delivered through third-party vendors.

This role reports to the Head of Patient Services, Oceania Cluster and is responsible for supporting strategic and operational excellence in Patient Services across Oceania.

**Responsibilities**
- Support the design, implementation, management and monitoring of patient support programs and other patient engagement solutions
- Design and develop appropriate materials and training for patients, nurses and other stakeholders
- Ensure governance through implementation and improvement of processes and alignment with all relevant Codes, Pharmacovigilance and policy requirements
- Lead and facilitate patient journey mapping workshops and participate with cross functional teams
- Lead Patient Services contribution to brand plans and activities ensuring appropriate patient journey maps and relevant PSP guidance and processes are in place
- Support key physician and multidisciplinary health care professional stakeholder engagement in relevant therapeutic areas
- Support the development of advocacy plans through engagement with relevant Patient Organisations

**To thrive in this role**
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing, healthcare, business, or related field required; advanced degree a plus
- 5+ years of experience in the Pharmaceutical and/or BioTech industry including knowledge of promotional code and relevant legislation for interaction with patients
- 2+ years of experience in designing and managing patient support programs desirable
- Excellent communicator with strong written and verbal presentation skills
- Proactive attitude and can work autonomously in a fast-paced environment to manage multiple programs at different stages in program lifecycle
- Proven ability to lead and collaborate with cross functional teams on all levels of the business
