Your part in our Blue Care team

You will provide our clients with Social Worker services with specialist advice and clinical services to improve their quality of life and well-being

This includes developing and implementing treatment & intervention programs, case management, clinical counselling, debriefing following critical events and education & support for clients and carers.

What makes a difference for us?

You'll have a genuine passion for supporting people with a desire to lead exceptional outcomes for your clients. Previous experience in a health or aged care context is highly desirable. You'll also have:
- Tertiary Qualifications in Social Work- Registration with relevant professional body - Australian Association of Social Workers- Previous experience within an Aged Care or Acute setting (desirable)- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills- Experience with technology incl. smartphones, tablets, laptops etc- Current Australian drivers licence and roadworthy registered vehicle
