**We're Hiring: Personal Care Workers (In-Home Care) - Gympie**
**Casual Positions Available**

Are you passionate about supporting people to live independently in their own homes? We’re looking for caring, dedicated, and experienced **Personal Care Workers** to join our team in the Gympie area.

**About the Role**:
As a Personal Care Worker, you'll be providing essential support to our clients in their homes, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life. Duties may include:

- Personal care (showering, grooming, toileting)
- Domestic assistance (cleaning, laundry, meal preparation)
- Manual handling and mobility support
- Companionship and social support
- Transport to appointments or shopping (if applicable)

**What We're Looking For**:
Minimum 1 year of experience in in-home care
A genuine passion for helping others
Flexibility to take on casual shifts
Reliable, compassionate, and respectful
Ability to work independently in clients' homes
Experience or training in **manual handling techniques**
Current First Aid & CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
Blue and Yellow Cards
