**Client Manager HIAIS**
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Client Manager to join our HIA Insurance Services business. We are looking for a dynamic and energetic professional, who has industry knowledge, skills and experience to contribute to the growth and success of our business.
The Client Manager role will involve leading a team, providing expertise that continues the ongoing growth of the business, as well as provide a high level of service to our brokers and their clients.

**What the day will look like**
- Developing best-in-class client relationships, enhancing client experiences, providing risk consulting to our clients to be their effective partner
- Identifying and implementing strategies for the team to win new business whilst maximising client retention
- Developing and maintaining the appropriate infrastructure, resources and expertise to meet sales, service, compliance and administration requirements
- Mentor & leading a small team
To be considered for this role you must have proven experience in a role similar in the insurance industry.
**Skills and experience that will lead to success**
We are looking for an enthusiastic & highly motivated person who is also be able to make sound business decisions, driven to achieve goals, have a strong client service focus, maintain a high level of attention to detail as well as possess strong communication skills.
Having experience in a strategic and commercial focused business, a proven track-record in managing, and growing, revenue through sales and service channels.
We are searching for someone with a real passion for people development, the ability to engage and influence executive stakeholders and look after a team of Insurance Brokers, Sales and Broker Support staff.
