**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Strategy & Management**: Oversee the content calendar for owned channels, ensuring timely updates and consistency.
- **SEO & Optimization**: Write and optimize content to boost search engine visibility.
- **Content Refresh**: Update existing materials and source compelling visuals.
- **Social Media Management**: Draft and schedule posts, optimize engagement through tagging, and contribute to the broader social media strategy.

**Skills & Experience**:

- 2-4 years of relevant content creation experience.
- Creative thinker with a fresh approach to content development.
- Deadline-oriented and proactive in stakeholder management.
- A strong understanding of customer personas and journey mapping is desirable.
- Proficiency in creating multimedia content, including video and user-generated content.
- Experience with HubSpot or similar platforms.
- SEO-savvy with a focus on brand awareness and retention marketing.
- Self-starter with a positive, can-do attitude.
