The role is based in Southwest Sydney and will see you supporting the People & Culture Leadership Manager and HR Business Partner. Our client is a leading aged care employer, with a passion for providing their team with a friendly, supportive, and healthy environment. You will play a key role in supporting and coordinating the end-to-end employee life cycle as well as have a chance to improve process and be involved in a number of implementation projects.

**About the Role**:
You will play a pivotal role within the organisation and will be responsible for:

- Coordinating the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Updating employee records and maintaining files.
- Owning the onboarding and induction experience.
- General Administrative duties.
- Generating reports for the P&C Manager and broader team.
- Assisting with Learning and development with onsite training.
- Updating policies and procedures.

**About You**:
To be successful in this role you will bring:

- Prior experience in a HR Administrator or Coordinator role.
- Must be resilient, dynamic, and proactive with a positive “can do” attitude.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Being able to work autonomously.
