Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for optimizing corporate operations in healthcare services? We’re seeking a full-time **Corporate Services Manager** to drive excellence across our organization
**Key Responsibilities**:
In this role, you will play a critical part in coordinating the non clinical administration of our organisation. You will lead strategic initiatives, drive innovation, and collaborate with key stakeholders to influence and enhance our organisation’s performance and help us achieve our goals.
Your responsibilities will include:
- **Resource Management**:Managing and overseeing our organisation’s day to day financial operations, performance and resources. You will be required to oversee the functions of (and plan) the most effective utilization of our resources.
- **Procedural Development**: Ensure all of our organisation processes, procedures, and policies align with the industry standards and regulations.
- You will be required to create procedural manuals, rules and regulations for use by staff to enhance efficiency and ensure regulatory compliance.
- **Complex Analysis**: You will be required to exercise judgement and analyse complex or technical issues. This will involve preparing detailed reports to support strategic decision-making.
- **Financial Support**: Assisting in the preparation of financial reports and budgets, implementing cost-saving initiatives and undertaking reporting. You will also be required to provide accurate information and insights for financial planning. As well as contribute to the development, and ongoing review of the organisation's strategic plans and other key financial documents, ensuring the preparation, review and implementation of financial policies and procedures in accordance with the organisation’s best practices
- **Team Leadership**: Manage and develop staff across multi-functional and remote work teams, ensuring they have the tools and resources needed to thrive and to ensure seamless business operations and the provision of accurate, timely information.
- Providing leadership and creating a positive team environment that develops and promotes engagement and a high-performance culture; Implement new systems and innovative solutions that can enhance and improve our services, staff experience and the organisation.
- **Representation**:Represent our organisation at public events, advocating for and negotiating on behalf of the organization
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure representatives from different departments of our organisation are involved in project communications and collaboration when required. Support and lead our organisation and departments to logical and innovative outcomes.
- **Strategic Support**: Providing support, research and advice to senior management to develop, analyse, determine and implement strategies which will enable our organisation’s functions and responsibilities to be fulfilled at the highest level. You will need to be able to quickly respond to changes in circumstance and make sound decisions to ensure the ongoing efficient and effective delivery of key deliverables.

**Qualifications and Work Experience**:
We require the nominated person to have a tertiary or higher qualification in business management. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant role. Alternatively, minimum 5 years of experience managing people, finances and business operations. Strong understanding of business management and providing strategic leadership. As a new arm of the businesses, the applicant must have a
- good understanding of finance and business administration practices
- demonstrated skills in the development and implementation of financial budgets, reports and contractor management,
- demonstrated experience managing staff in multi-functional and remote work teams, including workforce planning and staff performance management.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to communicate with and influence a diverse client base, including industry groups, government and Board Directors.
Additionally, you must have advanced IT related skills, with a broad understanding of different CRM systems and the ability to use high level skills to segment, analyse and extract data from multiple databases.
