Clinical responsibilities will include undertaking comprehensive psychosocial assessments, family work, outpatient work, and discharge planning as well as involvement in student supervision.

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- A minimum of three years of relevant social work experience in a hospital, rehabilitation or other healthcare setting
- Clinical experience and/or knowledge in the area of brain injury and trauma rehabilitation would be highly regarded
- Well-developed expertise in assessment, intervention and discharge planning for a complex patient cohort
