**About Us**:
MAAS Group (ASX: MGH) is a multi-national company experiencing sustained growth across its key business units of Property Development, Civil Works, Plant Hire, Construction Materials, Electrical and Under Ground Mining & Tunnelling.

**Role overview**:
Reporting to the Group Marketing Manager, the Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the operations of the marketing function across Maas Group Holdings (MGH) as well as driving communication outcomes across the Group. You will work in partnership with internal stakeholders and external agencies to support the growth of the marketing function and business at large.

This includes but is not limited to:

- Creating and maintaining the marketing intranet page and related content including managing the marketing calendar
- Developing internal communications, tracking and measuring impact and supporting continuous improvement
- Managing and coordinating internal and external events
- Supporting the Group Marketing Manager to execute the communications strategy
- Supporting the business on community engagement including sponsorships and partnerships
- Developing, editing and reviewing copy for web, collateral and media
- Supporting and where relevant leading the development of integrated marketing campaigns (both internal and external), working with external agencies where required.
