The Gold Coast Precinct can host a variety of major events and sporting events including tournaments, competitions, functions and corporate meetings. We offer accommodation and outdoor recreation and adventure activities for community, school and family groups.
Eligibility

**To be eligible for employment to this role you must possess**:
Citizenship/Visa Requirements
You must be an Australian citizen, have permanent residency status or a visa permitting you to work in Australia. If you are not an Australian citizen you will need to provide evidence of your residency status or visa, with your right to work (including any conditions / restrictions). You are required to notify the department if your right to work in Australia ceases.

**Qualifications**:
You must hold the following qualifications or agreed equivalent:
Current First Aid and CPR
Certificate Certificate III in Outdoor Leadership with specialisation in a minimum of three of the following recreation activities:

- Abseiling, Artificial Surfaces
- Climbing, Artificial Surfaces
- Challenge Course, High Elements
- Canoeing, Inland Flat Water
- Kayaking, Inland Flat Water
- Surfing, Beginner
- Stand up Paddle Boarding, Inland Flat Water
- Lead Archery Sessions

The following qualifications are not mandatory for this role, however they would be highly regarded:
Certificate IV in Outdoor Leadership
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
Licences
Current driver's licence.

Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
This role provides education, coaching and/or support services to children and young people and requires a valid Blue Card with the department. You will need to provide a copy of your blue card, which will be validated prior to engagement.
