**The Client**

Our client is a specialized manufacturer of mobile and fixed plant screening and crushing equipment used predominately in the mining and construction industry. The organization has specialized manufacturing facilities in Singapore, China and Perth with branches in every State in Australia.

Due to a high demand of their specialized equipment, our client is seeking several Mechanical based Tradesmen for 1 to 6 months (Possible Temp to Perm) for New Build Assembly and Overhaul or Repair.

**The Role**
- **New Build**:

- **Repair or Overhaul**

It is worth noting that our client has numerous skilled Trades Assistants that are available to work under the direction of the Tradesmen. Having “Lead Hand” experience or similar will be highly sort after.

**New Build**

New build will be standard assembly work working across;
- **Chassis**:

- **Conveyor Frames**:

- **Conveyor Belts & Components**:

- **Hydraulic Systems**:

- **Crushers - Cone & Jaw**:

- **Screens - Multiply Per Unit**:

- **Diesel Engines**:

- **Tracks & Running Systems**:

- **Repair & Overhaul**

There are several mobile crushing units that have returned from site and require either repair work on key components or require a complete overhaul. The work on the crushers requires either repair or replacement of the following;
- **Strip Down & Assessment of Components & Parts - Repair or Replacement**:

- **Replacing Hydraulic Hoses**:

- **Hydraulic Pumps & Manifolds**:

- **Conveyor Belts - Frames, Barrels, Gears & Belts**:

- **Screens**:

- **Tracks & Running Gear**:

- **Crusher Removal & Replacement - Cone or Jaw**:

- **Hoppers & Relining**:

- **Diesel Engines**:

- **Gear Boxes**

**Work Duration - Flexibility 1 to 6 months or Possible Temp to Perm**

The work is expected to take 6 + months, where it is highly likely that the assignment maybe extended or Tradesmen that have performed well maybe offered ongoing permanent work through our client.

For Tradesmen that mainly work in shutdowns or prefer temporary work, we will consider shorter time frames from 1 month to 6 months.

**Working Days & Hours**

The working days and hours will include;
- **Monday to Friday **(5:00 AM to 6:00 AM to 3:30 PM to 4:30 PM)
- **Saturday - Optional **(6:00 AM to 12:00 PM)

- **Heavy Duty Fitters**:

- **Heavy Vehicle Fitters**:

- **Heavy Diesel Fitters**:

- **Boiler Maker Welders - With experience in mechanical work**:

- **LV Mechanics - With Mobile Plant or Fixed Pant experience**
- **Mobile Crushing**:

- **Mobile Screening**:

- **Fixed Plant**:

- **Mobile Plant**

**Remuneration**

Employed on a casual basis and depending on your experience the pay rate will vary between;
- **$55.00 to $65.00 Per Hour (Flat)**:

- **+ Super**
