8848 is currently looking for several committed, caring and professional AINs and Carers to join our Team in Hornsby area, on a permanent basis.

shifts types:

- 2 hr short shifts
- 6 hrs shifts
- 8 hr shifts
- Active Nights

**TYPICAL DUTIES MIGHT INCLUDE**:

- Supporting customers to develop and maintain independence at home and in the community.
- Supporting customers with personal care and other health and hygiene issues such as eating, dressing, toileting and showering.
- Undertaking various household tasks including mealtime management, cleaning, shopping and other community access activities.

**ESSENTIAL CRITERIA**
- Certificate III/IV in AIN or Individual Support or equivalent qualifications desired but not essential
- A current Australian Driver's Licence and access to a comprehensively insured vehicle
- Demonstrated commitment to supporting and promoting the individual needs of our customers
- Demonstrated ability to develop positive relationships with our customers and to support their individual care plans
- Flexibility to work casual shifts, as needed is required
- Current First Aid and CPR certificate or willingness to obtain
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
