Based in the Campbelltown area, this leading global manufacturing business helps customers create beautiful spaces in a way that is restorative to our planet. They have an opening for a high-performing junior HR professional to step up into an HR Advisor role where you will develop and grow quickly.

**About the role**
Reporting to, and working closely with the Head of HR, you will engage in aspects across HR that support the end-to-end employee experience. Some key points to this role include:

- Managing end to end recruitment, onboarding and offboarding
- Providing first level HR Advice to employees
- Implementing HR annual practice including Performance appraisal, development plans, salary reviews and involvement in different HR Projects
- General HR administration

**About you**
To be successful in this role, you will have a minimum of 2 years' experience working in an HR support role, ideally in an industrial environment, and have a good understanding of awards, agreements and general employment law. You will have excellent interpersonal skills to be able to build strong relationships and won't be afraid to ask questions to achieve outcomes.

In return, you will be mentored and developed by an experienced HR Leader, whilst working with the broader global business in the US. The role offers work/life balance with the flexibility to work from home 2 days and a salary of $95,000 base + super + 10%, commensurate with experience.
