Cleaner for Residential Block of Units

Part time Cleaner required for Long Term position in family run business at Newington (Olympic Park)

The job is to clean common areas of residential strata buildings from Tuesday to Friday (two, three or four days 9am start.

Experience in cleaning residential strata buildings would be an advantage provided finish to a high standard is demonstrated.

Also we are prepared to train inexperience worker seeking a long term employment.

**Requirements**:
Must have high attention to detail

Must be physically able with a can do attitude

Must be able to follow instructions and daily job specifications

Must perform high standard of cleaning task

Must have excellent work ethic and ability to work unsupervised.

Must be able to communicate well in English

Must be reliable and punctual

Must have time management skills

Must be able to work efficiently and safely

Have high standard of hygiene

Able to work independently and as part of a team

Duties will include but not restricted to:
Vacuum, dust and clean stairways (three levels)

Mop common areas floor

Squeegee of windows and be comfortable using step ladder.

Cleaning toilets and BBQs

Blowing leaves using a blower.

Wash and disinfect garbage bins and clean garbage rooms.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $28.00 - $38.43 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week
