Part time hard working experienced strata cleaner with HIGH ATTENTION TO DETAILS required for Long Term in family run business at Newington (Olympic Park) and be responsible for cleaning the common areas of residential strata buildings on Tuesday or Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. 4 to 7 hours a day. Some flexibility available.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
Must speak English

Must be physically able with “ can do attitude“

Must have motivation and be self -starter

Must have at least 1 year strata cleaning experience in Australia

Must be an energetic person

Must have high attention to details

Must be reliable

DUTIES WILL INCLUDE BUT NOT RESTRICTED TO:
Blowing leaves using petrol blower

Cleaning lobbies, stairways, recreation facilities, car park,

Cleaning windows using squeegee

Wash and sanitize and return bins to garbage rooms

Clean and sanitize garbage rooms

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 20 per week

Schedule:

- Fixed shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Bonus

**Experience**:

- Strata cleaning: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
