Job Description:

- Position Overview:

- The Product Support Technician provides phone and face to face support to customers and the internal business for the Terex Franna products.
- What will you do?
- You will work with the national Product Support team and the Service team in Dandenong South to provide technical support and service to customers for the Franna products.
- You will also provide operator familiarisation, internal technical support and feedback/recommendations to the development and upgrade of the Franna models.
- There is the requirement to carry out off-site repairs as well as provide after-hours service to customer by participating in the after-hours product support roster.
- About you:
- Trade qualified-
- Hands-on experience with Terex Franna Cranes and demonstrated product knowledge.-
- Demonstrates knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical systems.-
- Reviewing technical problems in detail with the ability to fault find.-
- Experience with crane operation and rigging.-
- Crane CN or higher and intermediate rigging tickets.-
- Customer focused with ability to build strong relationships with customers.-
- Ability to work in both the office and field environments and be deadline focused.- What’s in it for you?- Working with an OEM;-
