Barista - Public Caffe/Way Back When

We're on the look out for a barista with at least 1 months experience working behind the machine. Someone who can handle a large amount of coffees in a fast paced environment. Basic latte art preferable but not essential, happy to upskil.

Please have a happy and outgoing persona and be willing to work both solo and with another team member on the machine. We have a heavy loyal customer base so being able to remember names and coffee orders is what we are all about.

We currently do between 7-8kg a day in one venue and 6-7kg in another with roughly two people on the machine at a time. This position is also for someone who is happy to step away from the machine and help out in other areas of the cafe when needed.

we have about 20-25 hours available to start with possiblility of increasing in the future.
