**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Conduct regular HSE audits to identify potential hazards and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
- Ensure all employees receive adequate training and education related to HSE policies, procedures, and programs.
- Collaborate with other departments to develop emergency response plans and procedures.
- Conduct investigations into accidents and incidents to identify the root causes and develop recommendations for preventing future occurrences.
- Monitor and report on the company's HSE performance to senior management.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and changes in applicable laws and regulations related to HSE issues.

**Requirements**:

- At least 5 years of experience in managing HSE programs
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations related to health, safety, and environmental issues in Western Australia.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
