**ABOUT THE ROLE**

As an Exercise Physiologist at our Hobart Clinic (Nipaluna Country), you will play a key role in completing health screenings, including musculoskeletal and fitness assessments, for our clients. There is also an exciting possibility of providing onsite health screening and wellness services, further enhancing your impact. You'll be working in a passionate, team-oriented environment where collaboration and innovation are encouraged.

**What You'll Do**:

- Perform comprehensive health screenings, including musculoskeletal and fitness assessments, to provide clients with tailored recommendations
- Offer onsite health screening and wellness services are needed
- Work closely with the Practice Manager to deliver exceptional services to our clients
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment where your ideas and input are valued
- Medical screening including ECG, spirometry, audiometry, drug and alcohol testing
- Injury management
- Delivery of health and wellness initiatives
- Administration duties

**What We're Looking For**:

- Accreditation with ESSA (Exercise and Sports Science Australia)
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates
- Developed computer skills and the ability to write reports
- Be comfortable and confident in working with a diverse cross section of our population
- Have the ability to establish strong rapport with our clients
- Work both autonomously and within the team environment; demonstrating agility and strong time management skills
