**The Company**

Our client is a one of the most reputable global specialists for Photovoltaic System Technology. Due to the growth of the renewable energy industry and increased requirement for solar systems technology, they are expanding even further in the Australian market.

**The Opportunity**

The chance to join an internationally established Solar industry company and take charge of developing and providing Solar Inverters product training to installers, wholesalers, as well as existing and new Residential, Commercial and Industrial customers.

**Role Responsibilities**
- Plan and organize to customer training plans for various residential, commercial & industrial customer groups
- Participate in trade fairs, conferences, and forums to promote and train customers on product
- Continuously create & maintain training documents
- Put together creative training and easy-to-follow training materials
- Develop and implement training courses on joint products & solutions, while cooperating with internal team & external partners

**Selection Criteria**
- Previous experience in product training, ideally in Solar/PV inverters
- Excellent presentation skills in order to educate non-technical target audiences and enable sales.
- Electrical Engineering degree and experience
- Training & Assessment qualification is a bonus
