The Opportunity

Samsung Electronics Australia is looking for a Product Trainer who will be responsible for the effective communication of Samsung Display and LED products and technology (and related technology trends) to external customers including distributors, resellers, consumers, media and internal stakeholders including sales, marketing, agencies and customer support.

Role and Responsibilities
- Effectively develop, distribute and deliver world class training material for B2B sales people, train the trainer, training events, e-Learnings and LMS systems
- Act as product expert providing product support and feedback to CE product management and marketing departments, and where appropriate to HQ Product Development
- Track, report on training coverage to ensure meaningful business impact
- Act as a point of reference on queries relating the product features, benefits and technology trends and key competitor product and technology
- Manage key relationships with the external partners, the HOD, National Training Manager & Product / Sales Teams to focus in on critical business focus areas and products

Skills and Qualifications

To be successful for the role, you should have a "can do" attitude with a proactive approach. Relevant experience / skills include:

- Previous experience in learning and development or product development
- A high level of understanding display or AV technology
- Previous experience in the consumer electronics or AV industry
- Confident with MS office tools
- Demonstrated experience in working in an agile, fast paced business
- Working knowledge of content creation & strategic planning
