**Job Title: Bartender**

**Responsibilities**:
**Beverage Preparation**: Prepare and serve a diverse range of whiskey-based cocktails, adhering to established recipes and maintaining consistent quality.

**Customer Service**: Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with patrons, recommending whiskies, and sharing knowledge about our extensive collection.

**Product Knowledge**: Stay informed about the latest trends in the whiskey industry, as well as the specifics of our whiskey selection, in order to educate and assist customers.

**Maintaining Cleanliness**: Ensure the bar area is kept clean and organized at all times, including washing glassware, utensils, and keeping the work area tidy.

**Collaboration**: Work closely with other team members, including servers and kitchen staff, to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

**Qualifications**:
Proven experience as a bartender, with a focus on whiskey knowledge.

Strong understanding of mixology and the ability to create unique and high-quality cocktails.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of health and safety regulations.

A passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Must be of legal drinking age.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
NSW RSA Certificate

Previous experience in a high-end or specialty whiskey bar.
