Software Technician - junior/level 1

The Company
Monitor WA is a well-established information technology small business based in Balcatta, specialising in
Smartcard technology and a range of card based payment systems. We offer a wide range of products, including software developed by Monitor WA and we are a reseller of software systems from other companies. We undertake the installation and support of these systems that are used in TAFES,
Universities, Schools, Libraries, Sporting Clubs and other Government and private organisations throughout Western Australia and the Eastern States. This position will be supporting these businesses both onsite, remotely & via phone support.

The Role
We are on the look out for a Junior/level 1 Technician who has either completed or in the process of completing a qualification in Information Technology. Any previous experience in this field is highly desirable.
If you have a strong interest in computers, software and enjoy fixing issues with both hardware and software this would be a great platform to put your knowledge to work. Responsibilities of an I.T
Support Team Member involves some on site work which involves interactions with clients, both in person and remotely, requiring good interpersonal skills, planning prioritising and organising tasks and sound problem solving abilities.

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
