**WHAT YOU WILL DO**
- Answer and route all incoming calls on digital phone system.
- Assist callers in identifying needs and then routing calls appropriately.
- Understand directory information and how to use information to route calls or provide information as appropriate.
- Field general questions from the public or routes calls appropriately.
- Manage affiliate central voice mail box and route messages as appropriate.
- Notify call center manager when issues arise.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $22.00 - $33.00 per hour
