Waste Collection Supervisor

This position plays a pivotal role in supervising the waste team to ensure effective, efficient and safe waste recycling collection services.

This role would suit an individual with a solid knowledge of waste services who can motivate a team to ensure objectives are met. This position is responsible for managing a budget and contractors to ensure deliverables are achieved within timeframes and safety standards are maintained to a high level.

The successful applicant will possess;
- Extensive experience in the waste services industry
- Experience in a supervisory capacity and managing staff
- A proven team player who can build team capacity and morale
- Experience in estimating, cost control, purchasing and budgeting
- Ability to work unsupervised with limited direction
- Excellent customer service skills
- Developed computer and office skills
- Proven knowledge of waste collection vehicle maintenance and operation
- HR Drivers Licence
- White Card safety awareness training
- Provide First Aid Certificate

**Salary**: $87,944 - $94,816 per annum depending on experience and skills.

**Days/Hours**: Full-time hours (between 7am - 4pm)
