Keller Australia is currently seeking an experienced design and estimating manager to join our team in Brisbane.

**About the role**:
Keller Australia is currently seeking an experienced design and estimating manager to join our team in Brisbane.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Coordinate the design and estimating work required during projects, managing the production of technical designs.
- Review tender schedules and prepare cutting edge expressions of interest and tender submissions for major projects.
- Identify potential projects in the marketplace and support by identifying requirements and conceptual design proposals.
- Ensure tenders and budgets costs and productions are achievable, ensuring proposed works can be constructed safely.
- Management of the design and estimating team during the full employment cycle including performance management.

**About you**:
**To be considered for this position, you will have**:

- University degree in civil engineering or related discipline.
- 10 to 15 years’ experience in design engineering.
- Comprehensive understanding of the civil and resources markets and contracting models.
- Strong leadership skills to lead and coordinate a team.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to aid in the development of strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
