**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Provide person-centered support to clients with disabilities in their daily activities.
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, including grooming, bathing, and dressing.
- Support clients in developing independent living skills and accessing community resources.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive environment that respects cultural diversity.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation as required by NDIS regulations.
- Previous experience working in disability support or a related field.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.

- Certificate IV: disability
- home and community)
- Current police check
- Working with children check
- NDIS worker screening check
- Infection control certificate
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle preferred.
