- Relevant academic qualifications in Food Technology, Food Safety Standards and HACCP related discipline
- Previous experience in a similar organisation
- Knowledge in Quality Assurance procedures/protocols relating to food manufacture.
- Knowledge in processing and use of various types of chocolates
- Knowledge in process engineering, general engineering and maintenance practices and procedures
- Knowledge in current sales and marketing trends and ability to capitalise of opportunities.
- Can do attitude and be hands on to suit the situation.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
