Unique Care Services QLD is seeking a motivated and empathetic Male Disability Support Worker to provide assistance and care to our clients with various disabilities and complex needs. As a Disability Support Worker, you will be responsible for helping clients to gain independence, achieve goals, and improve their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide a range of support services to clients with disabilities, including personal care, domestic duties, and community access.

Assist clients with daily living activities such as dressing, bathing, meal preparation, and medication management.

Work with clients to create individualized plans that support their goals and objectives.

Provide emotional support and advocacy to clients and their families.

Ensure that all documentation and reporting requirements are met accurately and on time.

Maintain a safe and healthy environment for clients.

Qualifications and Experience:
Certificate III or IV in Disability Services or equivalent qualification.

Previous experience in disability care, preferably in a community setting.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Current CPR and First Aid certificates.

Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.

**Salary**: $32.37 - $40.26 per hour

**Benefits**:

- Scarborough, QLD 4020: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Certificate I - IV (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (required)
- Working with Children Check (required)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (required)
- National Police Certificate (required)
- Driver Licence (required)
