Do you have your Certificate 3 in Individual Support or Aged Care? (or similar)

We’re looking for compassionate, enthusiastic and dedicated Personal Carers to join our growing team You’ll be caring for our clients in their own homes around Kallangur and Caboolture and the surrounding areas, so you’ll need a driver’s license and reliable car with comprehensive insurance. There's a mixture of shifts available including some sleepover shifts.

We provide personal care, domestic support, companionship and social support, post-operative care and disability support. Our mission is ‘to improve the quality of life for those we serve’. Duties will include (but not limited to)
- Providing personal care - showering, grooming & dressing
- Domestic assistance - vacuuming, mopping, laundry, light gardening, changing beds
- Meal preparation
- Transport clients to appointments, shopping or other social activities
- Medication prompts
- Develop a plan along with the client to improve their lives and follow it daily
- Observe, care and report any changes in the health and wellbeing of the client
- Responding to emergency situations

We understand the challenges with today’s cost of living and offer a competitive pay rate of $38.53 (weekday rate) plus 11.5% superannuation. We also pay a KM allowance for client transportation assistance during shift.

- Certificate 3 in Individual Support or equivalent - Required

- NDIS Workers Screening Card (paid)

- First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Double Covid Vaccination
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate
