YOUR ROLE
**Two shifts available**: Mon
- Fri AM (7.15am - 3.21pm) contract end date April 2026
Mon - Fri PM (3.15pm - 11.21pm) contract end date October 2026
Base rate of $36.9101 / hour + 13.75% super
Role offered under the CEVA Logistics & Transport Workers Union National EA, the details of which can be found at fwc.gov.au.
As a Storeperson (Team Leader) on our luxury goods customer contract at Erskine Park NSW, you will coordinate the day-to-day operational activities of a team of Storepersons and help ensure that we meet customer expectations, whilst maintaining a compliant and safe environment.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
**Specifically, you will**:
Coordinate the day-to-day activities of your team
Coach, support and develop team members
Ensure compliance with CEVA policies and procedures, especially safety.
