**What you can expect in a day in this role?**

In this full time, no two days will be the same, you’ll work across a variety of roles, including managing Reservations, assisting guests as a Porter, parking cars as a Valet and greeting and checking in guests as a Front Desk Receptionist.

**What you will bring to the role**:

- Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills
- Experience with hotel reservations software RMS preferred but not essential
- Previous experience in a front office role or customer service is preferred
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- A current full manual drivers licence
- A flexible approach to working hours over a 7-day roster including weekends, public holidays and evening shifts
