About the role
This role reports to the Lifestyle Coordinator and works collaboratively with the Lifestyle team and care staff to contribute to healthy ageing programs and choice-based activities. You will provide assistance and support to consumers residing in the residential aged care facility by providing direct support to improve their physical, emotional, and social wellbeing. You will be responsible for providing support to enhance resident participation and engagement in lifestyle activities and programs. A key part of these positions is recognising, respecting, and responding to the individual needs and preferences of each resident.
