**The role**:

- Roll out of all creation and direction for brand visual merchandising initiatives and strategy
- Coach, mentor and educate your team and instore staff on VM standards and practice
- Work with the wider business on new store openings, refurbishments, sale promotions and new product launches
- Enhancing the commerciality of the business through all store touchpoints and reporting on trend analysis
- Support your National VM with developing the customer journey and experience in stores
- Drive store presentation in store

**Ideal skillset**:

- Previous experience in a senior VM capacity within an apparel business
- A creative flair and trend awareness, you have a strong eye for detail
- You know how to execute plannograms and adapt accordingly to fit varying store layouts
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, you will be working with internal store teams as well as senior stakeholders
- Analytical and can effectively utilise sales data to maximise VM
- A can do, positive attitude and an infectious energy
- Highly collaborative, with strong communication skills
- You must have a valid license and vehicle to be considered for this position._
