Experienced Gardener Wanted

Location: Arundel, Gold Coast
Type: Part or Full Time

**Salary**: $30-40+ per hour

Are you ready to dive into a dynamic role where you can bring your skills to make an impact in the landscaping industry? We’re looking for a motivated and hands-on individual to join our team as a Gardener in Arundel, Gold Coast.

Be involved with;
Managing and overseeing garden installation and maintenance projects from start to finish.
Lead and work closely with staff and subcontractors to deliver high-quality results.
Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
Handle various on-site tasks, including scheduling, budgeting, and problem-solving.

A proactive and enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to perform physical tasks related to landscaping.
Local plant knowledge and ability to work independently without supervision.
