**About the Role**
As a **Disability Support Worker & Registered Nurse**, you’ll deliver exceptional, person-centred care to clients with Autism and complex behaviours. Your day-to-day will include:

- Assisting with daily living tasks like personal hygiene and grooming.
- Providing transportation and companionship for appointments, shopping, and social outings.
- Supporting clients in achieving their NDIS goals, promoting independence and inclusion.
- As a **Support Worker** Flexible Shifts with Different Clients: Work with a variety of clients in the area, with shifts available weekdays from 10am to 10pm. Example shifts include 10am till 4pm or 4pm till 10pm, giving you options to fit your schedule.
- As a **Registered Nurse **shifts are from 10pm to 10am, 7 days a week.

**What You Bring to the Team**
- Experience with challenging behaviours, including Acquired Brain Injury and Autism.
- Background in intellectual disabilities and complex care.
- Training in restrictive practices and top-notch communication skills.
- A current driver’s licence, your own car, and a passion for empowering others.

**Job Types**: Subcontract, Casual

Pay: $33.96 - $40.00 per hour
