Exciting Opportunity for an Experienced Civil Supervisor

**Your new company**
***Our client is a leading civil contractor with a strong reputation for delivering quality projects across Australia. They specialise in road construction, maintenance, and surfacing, and have a diverse portfolio of clients in both public and private sectors. They are currently seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor to join their asphalt/sealing team and oversee the successful delivery of various projects across Tasmania.

**Your new role**
***As a Civil Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the asphalt & sealing crew, ensuring that all works are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Whilst being based out of Hobart, you will be overseeing a mid-large sized team across Tasmania.

**What you’ll need to succeed**
***To be successful in this role, you will have:

- A minimum of 5 - 10 years of experience in Asphalting and/or Spray Sealings
- Relevant trade qualifications
- A strong knowledge of asphalt materials, plant, and equipment
- A proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to client specifications
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- A current driver’s licence and white card
- A willingness to travel and work on various sites as needed
