This is a great opportunity to join a highly reputable and well-known accounting practice as a Client Services Coordinator/ Executive Assistant to 2 Senior Partners.

They are an established firm that have an exceptionally loyal client base that continues to grow This opportunity has come about due to a recent promotion in the firm. On offer is a varied role that will see you support the team and work with the Partners, Managers and Accountants.

- Support our Corporate Advisory Partner and Super Partner in an EA capacity;
- Support financial metrics e.g. PIQ Reports and invoicing;
- Create and maintain client files, while communicating directly with clients addressing queries;
- Administrative and operational support to our teams;
- Maintaining positive relationships with clients and other firm stakeholders;
- Accurate administration of client-related files, document management;
- Debtor management of clients, liaising with FeeSynergy;
- Overflow from other CSC team members, including Tax Administration and Corporate Secretarial support;
- Provide Marketing support as required;
- Fee posting for firm partners;
- Preparation of engagement letters, proposals and reports; and
- Minute-taking and preparation of meeting agendas;
**Key Requirements**:

- Experience in a similar CSC, PA or EA role, ideally within professional services and accounting industries;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
- Strong attention to detail;
- Excellent IT literacy. Experience with electronic document management systems (i.e. Virtual Cabinet) and APS beneficial;
- Driven and self-motivated;
- Ability to work as a team player, and autonomously as required;
