Our client is an established, down to Earth organisation, who are recognised for fostering a culture of inclusiveness, and valuing people & the contribution their staff make to the efficient operation of the business. This is a fantastic role that would see you manage the payroll function of this business.

**About the Role**:

- Lead the end-to-end payroll process, including end of month and end of year.
- Ensure all legislation and ATO requirements are implemented on time, including superannuation, payroll tax, annualised award salaries, redundancies, and terminations; across multiple businesses in the group.
- Assist with remuneration reviews and performance incentive calculations.
- Award interpretation and system maintenance to ensure pay is accurate and compliant, and the team is up to date with latest legislative requirements.
- Payroll reporting and associated internal communications.

**About you**:

- Ideally 5 + years payroll experience is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and interpret multiple complex awards.
- Strong systems skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
