Our client who are a mid-sized law firm based in the CBD is currently seeking a Discharge Paralegal with 1 day WFH.

**Duties**:

- Action and coordinate mortgage discharges and partial discharge requests
- instruct solicitors
- Finalise settlements
- Attend to PEXA and LSW workflows
- Order and review property searches

**Who are you?**
- 2+ years experience working in a similar role, ideally within a law firm or banking industry;
- Previous and relevant previous experience in home loan finance - mortgage and customer service
- Highly organised
- Attention to detail
- Strong team player
- Excellent typing skills and proficient in MS Office
