**Responsibilities**
- Organize, establish and optimize the marketing & sales strategies and policies.
- Launch the products into mainstream market (supermarket, pharmacy) and distribution channels and other unconventional channels.
- Organize, establish and execute annual marketing & sales plans and budgets;
- Build and manage sales networks, manage distributors and end users to achieve sales targets diligently;
- Coordinate brand planning and management, organize and implement major brand activities, and promote brand building;
- Organize research on product market positioning, formulate and implement marketing promotion campaigns.

**Requirements**:

- Sales and key account management experience in the B2B space managing complex services to major brands or other similar industries.
- Bachelor’s Degree or above in Marketing and Sales Management, Pharmaceutical or related disciplines;
- Over 5 years of related experience, with good knowledge of manuka honey / pharmaceuticals / health products are preferable, and
- Strong commercial networks;
- Must have excellent English and Mandarin communication skills (both verbal and written).
- A high degree of responsibility as well as strong ability in communication, planning and coordination, organization and market expansion; and always show good teamwork and professionalism.
