Village Manager

We are looking for a customer focused and hands-on Retirement Living Village Manager. This role is ideal for someone who has a passion for the industry and a customer service approach that sees you operate with a high level of integrity at all times.

A s well as managing the day-to-day operations of the village, you will be responsible for:

- Leading and supporting the team
- Manage EHS compliance
- Leadership of Corporate Committee and Resident Committee
- Oversee village projects
- Maintaining a high level of commitment to the customer and the community.
