We are an APPLE INDEPENDENT REPAIR PROVIDER so we have access to Apple genuine parts, tools, apple training programs. You will have a change to obtain a Apple-certified technician certification.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

- Conducting repairs on a variety of mobile devices including phones, iPads, and tablets
- Simple and complex repairs including parts (front camera, back cameras, Back glass, charging ports and speakers) and as well as battery and screen replacements
- Trouble-shooting customer enquires/technical phone issues
- Maintain high standards whilst maximising productivity
- General housekeeping of repair area to ensure high standards are consistently maintained

ABOUT YOU:

- 1-2 years of experience as a mobile phone technician (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working to deadlines with a good level of computer literacy
- Understands what excellence looks like and strives to achieve this
- Understand key drivers behind business change and support implementation
- Put the customer at the centre of everything you do and deliver excellent outcomes for the customer and business
