General Tradesperson

THE OPPORTUNITY
Reporting to the Field Operations Supervisor, this role offers a motivated, accomplished trades professional, the opportunity to proactively self-manage several sites within the Retail Sector.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Provide repairs and maintenance services to our partner
- Coles
- Work without supervision to proactively anticipate and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Be an effective communicator and develop strong partnerships
- Be conversant with OHS guidelines and experienced in the maintenance of safe workplace practices
- Working within self-managed teams utilizing City FM developed phone apps for recording and reporting requirements

**To be considered for this role you will have / be**:

- Proven work experience in a similar/related industry
- Preferred
- Drivers Licence - Mandatory
- Carpentry Licence: Contractor Grade, Nominee Supervisor Grade or Site Supervisor Grade - Preferred
- Working at height requirement
- Required to attend pre-employment medical assessment

This role is based in Melbourne Eastern Suburbs including Rowville, St Kilda, Richmond, Camberwell, Clayton, Mordicalloc and Sandringham.
