Our strategy to optimise and expand our capabilities has resulted in a requirement to strengthen our Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) capability in Australia. Our intent is to build on our foundations by releasing an opportunity to lead ILS Management activities for our current wideband Satellite Ground station program.

In 2017, Northrop Grumman Australia was awarded a contract to perform the acquisition, construction and support of the second satellite ground station in the east of Australia. The contract will also deliver an integrated wideband SATCOM Network Management System to improve robustness, capacity and efficiency of the ADF SATCOM capability.

**Your role**:
As a seasoned ILS professional, you will also have the opportunity to contribute developing and maintaining the ILS function as part of the Engineering Functional Planning strategy.

**About you**:
You are an ILS expert with knowledge of complex Defence environments. You have working knowledge of the Support System constituents and associated activities. You’re a strong communicator being able to tailor your language for a diverse group of stakeholders with a flexible mindset. You hold a current Negative Vetting 1 clearance and have relevant qualifications and experience in Engineering, Supply Chain, Training (or similar relevant disciplines).
