**About Us**:
Solestreet is the fastest-growing sneaker and streetwear marketplace in Australia and New Zealand. We are redefining the buying and selling experience for collectors, enthusiasts, and everyday customers across the region. As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a **Meta Ads and Google Ads Expert** to take our performance marketing efforts to the next level. Whether you’re a growth-minded freelancer or looking for an in-house role, we want to hear from you.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Own and execute paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google platforms
- Develop and optimize full-funnel strategies to increase ROAS, drive conversions, and grow customer LTV
- Build, monitor, and test ad creatives and copy based on data-driven performance
- Analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with our creative and brand teams to align marketing strategies with campaign visuals
- Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices

**Who You Are**:

- Proven experience managing high-performing Meta and Google Ads campaigns (3+ years preferred)
- Strong understanding of performance marketing KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CTR, etc.)
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in ad platforms and Google Analytics
- Experience working in e-commerce or direct-to-consumer brands (streetwear/sneaker knowledge is a plus)
- Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments
- Comfortable working remotely or from our Gold Coast office.
